Parking Lot Drumming!

What's good people?
So, we  decided to posted this up cause we felt inspired by this random dude that was in his van rocking out in the local parking lot of a shopping center.
 As we where pulling up to the local Pep Boys auto parts, we heard live music playing. Apparently that live music wasn't from a live concert, it was coming from a parked white van. In the van there was this guy with a drum set, speakers, and his ipod. We thought this was quit interesting to see a person just rocking out by himself in the open air. We chilled for a bit and tuned in to his sound. We showed support by donating a few bucks into is bucket. After he finished jamming out to some tunes, we asked him a few questions. Turns out that he was jamming out in the open air because he had been getting complaints from his neighbors.  And why not drum away where some people might appreciate the music right? The dude showed passion and desire to become a great drummer one day and perhaps play in front of a big crowd. He said he was not going to let anyone take his dream and passion away just for someone who doesn't appreciate positivity. He was like, " I don't do drugs and I'm not harming anybody." He surprised when he said he was drumming for only 5 years and was in his mid 40's. The dude has heart for it! We ended the conversation by giving him some inspiring words to keep striving in his quest of becoming a great drummer.
We got inspired by this because we can relate to what he said. I'm sure you have gone through this type of negativity as well. You can really do what you wanna do in this world! You just have to be able to find the passion and get out there! So don't let anyone tell you that you can or can't do, just follow your heart, stay positive, and strive with Dilligence!
